1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country, to use the Services. If you use the Services on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept these Terms for it.

3. User Accounts

Some applications may require an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping your credentials confidential, and for activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

4. Acceptable Use

• Do not use the Services unlawfully or to infringe the rights of others.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, probe, or reverse engineer the Services.
• Do not access another person's account or data without authorisation.
• Do not upload malicious code or use the Services to distribute spam or abuse.

5. Application Features

Features may differ between applications, platforms, and regions, and may change as products are developed. We may add, modify, or remove features at any time.

6. Subscriptions

Where an application offers subscriptions, the applicable price, billing period, and features are shown before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.

7. Billing

Purchases made inside a mobile application are processed and billed by the relevant application store under its own terms. Taxes may apply. Refunds are handled according to the store's refund policy and applicable law.

8. Free Trials

If a free trial is offered, its length and terms are stated at sign-up. Unless cancelled before the trial ends, the subscription converts to a paid term at the stated price.

9. Cancellation

You can cancel a subscription at any time through the subscription settings of the store where you purchased it. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

10. Intellectual Property

The Services, including software, design, text, graphics, and trademarks, are owned by MOMEDIAGROUP or its licensors and are protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes in line with these Terms.

11. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a limited licence to host, store, and process that content solely to operate and support the Services. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to the content you submit.

12. Third-Party Services

The Services may link to or rely on third-party platforms and providers. We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them is governed by their terms.

13. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MOMEDIAGROUP is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us for the Services in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred US dollars, whichever is greater.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold MOMEDIAGROUP harmless from claims, damages, and expenses arising from your use of the Services or your breach of these Terms.

16. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if you breach these Terms or if necessary to protect users, the company, or the Services. You may stop using the Services at any time.

17. Changes to the Services

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services, including a whole application, with reasonable notice where practical.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date above shows when the current version took effect. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

19. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Wyoming have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.
