What happens after launch

A release date is a checkpoint, not a finish line. The version people actually use is the one that has been maintained for months after launch: compatible with new operating systems, corrected where it was confusing, and quietly faster than it was before.

Support is where we learn fastest. Every message we receive is read by someone who can change the product, and recurring questions are treated as design defects rather than user error. When two people ask the same thing, the answer usually belongs in the app, not in a reply.

We also keep operations boring on purpose: monitored releases, clear data practices, straightforward account deletion, and privacy policies written to be read. Trust is built through predictability over time.

If you are working on a story about how small teams operate mobile products, or you need company information and correct name usage, our press details are published for exactly that purpose.
